It’s a good thing Tom Brady doesn’t have to worry about the Super Bowl this year - he’s got a wedding to plan.

The NFL superstar and Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen are engaged, according to People.

Brady, the 31-year-old New England Patriots quarterback, popped with question over the weekend in Los Angeles, proposing with a diamond solitaire to his 28-year-old fiancee. “He asked and she accepted,” a source close to the couple told People.

So where will the couple tie the knot?

“The couple is discussing a huge fashionista event in the spring or a more intimate and quicker ceremony in Costa Rica, where Gisele has a home,” the source added.

Engagement rumors surrounded the couple shortly after Christmas, with several outlets reporting impending nuptials — TMZ and E! Online even reported it was a done deal at the time.

This will be the first marriage for both Brady and Bundchen.

Brady was previously engaged to actress Bridget Moynahan, with whom he also has a 2-year-old son.
