Paris has been very busy these days. After a visit in Spain, for the launch of Keteke.com she was spotted blowing off some steam on a night out in Madrid.

The “Simple Life” starlet had a wonderful time as she made her way around town wearing a green party dress with black stockings and black heels.

According to FOX Pop Tarts, Paris will be heading down to Australia for her New Years Eve party hosting duties and he’ll have some very interesting guests. Miss Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon will already be in town, and plans to stop by her party, as will her ex-boyfriend Benji Madden’s ex-girlfriend Sophie Mark.

Benji is rumored to be planning on showing up at the party, as an attempt to win her back. But that won’t be possible, as a friend close to Hilton declares : “She won’t take him back. She’s over it.”
