While we are struggling to pay our bills, mortages and to keep our jobs, actors like Jim Carrey aren’t affected by the recession yet.

“I’m not in a recession. I’m doing incredibly well. I just wanna be honest. I really am kicking ass,” Carrey jokingly told us at the ‘Yes Man’ press conference held in Los Angeles.

While Jim is “kicking ass”. actress Kate Hudson declared she’s feeling the economic pinch.

“I think it’s a really weird time and I think that everyone is feeling it,” Hudson told last week at a Los Angeles press conference for her new film, Bride Wars.

Celebrities live their live in luxury, so they would be the last to be effected by the recession. Well that and they never have to actually pay for anything. Am i right or wrong ?
